





















This 300 hr Meditation course is most suited to Intermediate and Advanced (those with a good amount of experience) level students who would like to become teachers or facilitators, or those just interested in deepening their current Meditation Techniques. Here we teach you to step by step, how to go deeper into your practice as well as give you the guidelines on how to introduce and train others as well in Meditation.
This is an intensive course and is best suited to those who have already completed the beginner course with us or have been practicing under guidance for a few years. We will teach you 45+ meditation techniques based on Vedic Principles, Mindfulness, Silence, Transcendental (TM), Kundalini, Visualisation, Mantra chanting, Pranayama, and many more.

Although the 300-hour Meditation TTC is an advanced training program, the good news is that even a beginner who wishes to enroll may do so. This is because the course has been developed to train one’s skills starting from ground zero. From beginner to intermediate to advance levels. To reach an advanced level, however, in any practice, it all depends on one’s level of motivation, self-study, and self-practice. We do our best to give you the skills and guide you even after you complete the program, but the rest is up to you.
An intensive 300 Hours TTC program which is a total of 28 days (4 weeks) gives you the opportunity to deepen your yoga and meditation knowledge and practice.
